At Kimteas, we prioritize the quality of our products and services. Before dispatch, each item undergoes a rigorous quality check and is carefully packaged by our team.
Defective Items:
If you receive a defective item, please follow these steps:
Notify us within 30 days of delivery.
Send a photo of the defective item to kim@kimteas.com. Our Technical Director will review it.
If confirmed, we will include a replacement in your next order at no additional cost or offer a discount on your next purchase.
Returns and Exchanges:
You can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery if they are in their original condition. Please note that the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (incorrect or damaged items). In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and no restocking fee will be charged.
Refunds:
Refunds are processed within 7 business days upon receipt of the returned item and include the payment fee but exclude shipping costs unless the error is on our part.
Cancellation Policy:
Orders can be cancelled within the cooling-off period of 30 days post-delivery. The buyer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred unless the product is incorrect or damaged.
